YES Trust to open New SEN Free School in September 2022

Following the official news yesterday (19th July) about the new SEN / AP Free Schools Wave 2, we are delighted to be able to announce that we will be adding a new SEN Free School to the Trust supporting 50 (potentially growing to 64) SEMH students in the Halton / St Helen’s area.

The planned launch date for the school is September 2022 – Time to plan and build The Raise Academy! The Trust is very excited to be working with these two local authorities and supporting vulnerable children in the locality.

A website for The Raise Academy will be launched in the coming months with more information including, plans for the school, consultation events and staff recruitment.
