Latest appointment

We are thrilled to announce that Leanne Takaki has recently started with us as our Director of People. Leanne joins us with a wealth of experience in education, HR and people management and has worked for over ten years across a diverse range of academies and multi-academy trusts in Cheshire and Staffordshire.

Upon starting with us, Leanne said “I am delighted to join The YES Trust as its ethos and mission aligns with my own values and commitment to education. Through the development of our ‘People Strategy’, we will ensure that the trust attracts, develops and retains the highest quality staff to deliver world-changing education, and transform the lives of our students. I am looking forward to both leading and supporting the trust on the exciting growth journey that lies ahead’.
